The house is open, breezy, recently renovated with all-new furniture and modern decor. With 4 bedrooms, an office and ample living space, this property is perfect for family & friends. The house has a large back yard for sports and BBQ-ing, and its own private dock for launching kayaks, SUPs, canoes and more. (2 kayaks + 2 SUPs included in rental). The back of the house has multiple decks (upper and lower), including a covered seating area for the world's best sunsets, a full outdoor dining area, and a luxurious fire pit by the water.
Walking distance to the private Clearwater beach, and a 10-minute drive to downtown East Hampton, or to the east end's best Amagansett beaches.
The house is fully equipped for quality cooking and serving 10+ either indoors, outdoors, or both. Bathrooms are fully stocked - just pack your bathing suit and enjoy the summer fun.
