    Welcome to your East Hampton mid-century modern retreat, designed by renowned Tech Built architect Carl Koch. Located in a highly desirable neighborhood with convenient access to bay beaches, harbors, and local restaurants, this stylish home offers updated decks, chic furnishings, and a beautifully landscaped yard ideal for relaxing outdoors.

    A short neighborhood path leads to private access to Lion Head Beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or peaceful evening walks with unforgettable sunsets.

    Spend your days by the natural-finish gunite pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The pool is open from mid May through mid October. It remains closed outside this period. Unwind on premium teak outdoor furniture that enhances the serene setting. Inside, enjoy a chef’s kitchen, high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, and an updated entertainment system with Apple TV, AirPlay, and two audio zones.

    Guests also have access to the Lion Head Beach Association’s private beach and harbor.

    This home is a chic and comfortable escape for guests seeking an elevated Hamptons experience in East Hampton. If you are looking for a relaxing and cozy Fall, Winter, or Spring getaway, the property offers the same calm setting and inviting atmosphere year-round.

Beautiful Getaway

We absolutely love this home! We’ve spent a week here over the last two Septembers - the home and pool are beautiful and well designed, and the home is a short walk from a nice beach on the bay. It’s been an amazing stay for us, and we will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful House in the Springs

The house was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need! The pool was beautiful, grill was great, and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and use the living room space. The home is a bit more remote (about 15 mins from East Hampton town) but the private beach access was fabulous and the quiet neighborhood was appreciated. The downstairs bedroom is a bit tricky to access easily with the tiny staircase, but the space in the master is laid out very nicely and the bed is comfortable. Overall a nice stay in the Hamptons!

Nice house. Yard was beautiful and the location could not be beat, right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful deck. My only complaints are: the lower level is freezing and hard to access, given the spiral staircase . There was construction next door that went all day (starting by 7:00am). I'm sure that was temporary, but very disruptive during our week. Rick was wonderful to deal with and very responsive

Beautiful hamptons house

This house was great. We were looking for a house that had a beach within walking distance. This house was that. There’s a beach about 2 minutes down the road. It was pretty rocky by the water but I had my kids wear their crocs and they were good. The only thing that was tough while having kids there was the spiral staircase to go downstairs. One, it was hard to get luggage down there. Two, it was super dangerous with the kids. The kitchen is also super small and there’s not much counter space for cutting/cooking. Other than that, it was a great stay. We loved the location and we have to say, the beach was our favorite part.

Weekend Getaway

The house was clean and bright. Linens were crisp. Towels smelled fresh. We had a wonderful stay, despite the initial surprise of not being on the water. We were quite disappointed due to the misleading nature of the property listing. There are photos of the backyard, followed immediately by photos of the beach. The listing shows the beach pictures and states, “beach view..steps to the beach.” The beach is a short walk down the road – but not what it appeared to be in terms of the listing. The other note would be to bring your own Bluetooth speakers. The antiquated receivers made it complicated for us to access music. We were not able to use the sound system for the duration of our stay. Rick was attentive and communicated wonderfully. Additionally, we were quite satisfied with the cleanliness.

Relaxation for the soul.

From the minute I stepped on the property and then went inside, I fell in Love! So tranquil and peaceful, yet you can drive 10 minutes into the heart of it all and experience the reasons East Hampton’s is well known for, and then some! I have never been to a vacation home where I didn’t have to scrub down, clean and or have to pack everything I needed because it was ALL there. The attention to every detail .. I thank Rick for that and he was exceptionally responsive! ( this is my first booking for vrbo) I was uneasy about communicating, but when I had a question, he was so prompt, kind, and helpful. Even for the most benign questions! A true gentleman. The best part of our trip was the warm pool on the property and beach across the street! I literally filled up with happy tears on the private beach as the sun went down everyday in all its magnificence ! I will now blow up and frame my images of the scenery, so that I can recall this great vacation destination! I only ask my week be saved for me every year because I plan to return! Great stay

We stayed at the property for about 10 days with six adults and had a fantastic time. The house is adorable and looks just like it does in the pictures and the hosts are lovely and very responsive (we ran out of paper towel and they quickly replenished and had a few other minor things like that that they addressed immediately). The location is far out in the springs – for anybody that doesn’t know the Hamptons. It is quite far from town relative to anywhere else, but the perk is that you are directly across from the Bay beach and have private access – it’s an adorable spot and especially nice for watching the sunset. The layout of the house is three bedrooms upstairs sharing one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs – the master – with its own bathroom and another sitting area. The biggest flaw of the house is that for the air-conditioning to be high enough upstairs, it makes the downstairs absolutely freezing. So make sure you have somebody in your group that is willing to sleep in a very cold space. Also note that the stairs to the basement are very steep – more treacherous than they look in the photos. So you should be sure that whomever is planning to stay down there is very physically able. It would be great if the upstairs had another half bath – as it’s very difficult for three bedrooms to share one bathroom. Other than those Layout items – the kitchen is adorable and the family room has space for hanging out, and the pool is super cute. Could use more outdoor furniture

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home.
