Stylish, newly renovated three bedroom, two and a half bath cottage built around the turn of the century and moved from the beach in Amagansett to its current location just outside of town. Completely renovated in 2018. Located five minutes from East Hampton Village, Amagansett Village, Springs and Ocean Beaches.

Formerly owned by Bill Bradley and Sally Quinn before Grey Gardens. Impeccably Designed and Decorated. Downstairs features bright dining room, well-sized living room with a decorative fireplace and dining alcove, brand new designer kitchen and half bath. Expansive King Master Suite (~400 sq ft) is downstairs off of the living room: working fireplace, vaulted double-height ceiling and newly renovated master bathroom including carrara marble and freestanding tub. Upstairs includes two bedrooms, one with a queen (150 sq ft) and one with two queens (170 sq ft), and newly renovated full bathroom. Central air and heat throughout house. Outside, well landscaped grounds including secluded backyard with heated, saltwater gunite pool (18x40) open during warmer months, outdoor furniture including large sectional / dining table, gas firepit, outdoor shower and grill.

This place is perfect for families with young children, including an outdoor swingset and play kitchen, pack n play, baby safety gates, a baby bath, and many other child-friendly amenities listed above. The pool is covered in the colder months and is gated. There are bikes and beach chairs for you to use. There is also an additional refrigerator in the basement.

You are welcome to the WiFi network and Apple TV (which includes Netflix and other streaming platforms). Credentials are detailed in the guest manual.

INFO FOR SUMMER RESERVATIONS ONLY (JUNE-AUGUST):

1. Paying to heat the pool will be the responsibility of the guest. Pricing varies depending on desired pool temperature, duration of use, and weather, but you can expect about $100-200 per week. We will bill you for any propane used, after your stay.
2. The cleaning fee is $650. If you prefer a longer stay, say for a month, the cleaning fee will be $300 per week. So, we will use the $650 for the first two weeks, and then will charge $300 per week for cleaning, for any additional weeks after the first two. We pay our cleaners a living wage, are committed to cleaning and sanitizing rules, and spend more time cleaning in the summer months due to the pool, weather, etc.
