"My room had a problem with noise level from an adjacent area. We were unable to sleep till 1:30 am . The shower had no shower head built-in and pillows were uncomfortable."

"The staff was great. Comfy beds. Quiet. Might be the smartest hotel blinds I’ve come across, no gaps! We saw a show at the casino, easy 7 minute drive (and there’s a shuttle). "

"I’ve gone to this spa for many many years. I Amy so disappointed to see the decline of this once beautiful place. It’s tired and in need of much repair and updating "

"Bathroom door doesn’t close without forcing it back into the jam. Elevator smelled like old seafood, which might have been from the wet mud on the floor. The hallway smells like something. I don’t know what but it isn’t good. Heat pump doesn’t work so we slept at a temperature I don’t know but would best be described as hot and sticky. The hand towel rack is directly above the toilet paper. So you’d better not drip while drying hands. The cold water tap turns on both directions so you really have to nail it to the millimeter to shut it off."

"We have always been fans of Hampton inn and stay whenever possible. We were very pleased with our stay at the Hartford location, perfect spot for my daughters admitted students day event at Trinity college. We had a 2 queen suite and the room was large and just completely renovated. Beautiful views of the river and downtown Hartford. Our only complaint is there is only 1 sink in the room. There should be a second sink inside the large bathroom. Also the indoor pool was being renovated. Free breakfast was great as usual, we will definitely stay again once my daughter starts college this fall."

"It’s mainly hotels.com. They made two reservations and now I need to check my credit card to see if they billed me twice. It makes it a bit more stressful. "

"General common areas were very dingy, dirty, old. Hot water shower was excellent!"
