"If you are not familiar with the area, when the hotel website says there is no parking, it means that you cannot even drive up to the hotel to unload your stuff. It's on a pedestrian only "street," so be prepared to haul your things from the parking garage to the hotel. If you are checking in late/after hours, don't bother walking around the block looking for a hotel specific entrance...there is a teeny tiny sign in the vestibule to the right of the entrance to the bar/restaurant... push the button on the Ring camera to have the front desk open the door for you. Each floor has a water station. If you want ice, get it at the front desk before going up to your room...there is no ice at the water station. Water station instructions in your room say that there are empty bottles to fill up at the station (and a gimmick to purchase brand new bottles at the front desk to take with you), but there may NOT be empty bottles to carry your water...there might be ONE questionable glass bottle that is wet inside (from dishwasher condensation or was it JUST used?) which also smells like tonsil stones. We booked the tiniest room. It was teeny and cozy. The sliding glass bathroom door should open the opposite direction for maximum room and minimal opportunities to crash into it when walking from the bed area. It also does not close completely, so privacy needs to not be a priority. Room was clean overall, so housekeeping gets an A. "

"Very helpful staff at this hotel. Spacious room and wonderful shower! Convenient location to many historic attractions nearby. Very hard for the people who use wheelchairs reaching to rooms as ramps were not paved smoothly and one ramp near our room was actually broken."
