We had a fabulous experience staying in this beautiful house. We enjoyed cooking family meals in the kitchen as well as the grill. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. We used the hot tub, the fire pit, the kayaks, and the washer and dryer. This house has everything for a fun family time. Highly recommend!
Me and my 3 colleagues stayed conducted a team summit at the house for a week. It was a large space to offer everyone privacy and places gather with ease.
We loved the living rooming, dining space and kitchen, plus the bunk house and outdoor deck!
The house is tucked away while close to many fun and beautiful locations.
We would absolutely stay again!!
Wonderful house, beach, large forested lot, and setting on the bluff just above picturesque Waquoit Bay. House is clean, updated, and very well equipped with many thoughtful amenities for guests. We especially enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks, spending time on the property’s beach below the bluff, having dinner on the outside deck overlooking the bay, and great sunsets. A family of osprey hovers nearby on updrafts as they hunt — truly memorable! The nearby area has many great sights and activities as well—in addition to the proximity to ocean beaches, Falmouth, and stores, the Mashpee pickleball complex is excellent. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to the Cape.
Fantastic house, wonderful quiet location. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. You can access the water and the little beach directly from the property. Beautiful sea views and sunsets.
Overall the best experiences in Falmouth, MA. This was our first time in the Cape. This house surpassed all our expectations. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had everything and more. The decor was elegantly done and views from the windows were magically. We had a resident bald eagle in the tree next to the deck. It was majestic. It had everything. The owner was great! Great communication and gave wonderful local recommendations.
We went with our good friends and their kids, we all had the best time ever. Hot tub, fire pit, the access to the beach with morning walks, to the fighting loons with the sea gulls in the bay, it was all incredible.
Hope to be back…
When we first walked in to our Waquoit place we were very impressed with the cleanliness, how well-kept that place is, the number and quality of the towels and linen and how well the air conditioning was working on a hot day. Aaron and Jordan were excellent hosts and communicators. There was plenty of room for our family and our four grandkids. The views to the bay are outstanding and very peaceful. The private beach down the stairs was a short walk at low tide and was very nice and peaceful and we enjoyed the kayak, paddleboard, and other amenities. The outdoor shower was very convenient. The shed was great to store our golf clubs and beach gear. The place is in a great location close to Mashpee Commons and Falmouth downtown and the South Cape state beach. We really enjoyed the nearby ice cream stand. The kitchen and the open area were great for meals and drinks. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the sunsets. There was plenty of room for parking. We would rent this place again.
The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. It looks like something from an interior design magazine. Everything is light and bright, and the many windows afford the beautiful view of the water. There are kayaks which we didn't use, and while I'm sure there is water access, we couldn't see it from the property. The location is near shops and restaurants and still private. We felt like we were alone in the woods. Tip: don't put the garbage out. I believe racoons got into it and made a mess.We didn't need the casita, but I bet older kids would love to stay in it. It's a small distance from the main house. There's a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it, and a double hammock. The hot tub is great. The photo shows the back door. The other door has a stone path leading up to it and one step to get inside. I love the keyless entry. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my friend who has limited mobility. And the bathroom right outside her bedroom has a shower so that was a plus. The three upstairs bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This is a small thing, but I love having different types of pillows to choose from. The master bath has a heated floor--it's chilly in October so that was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is a cook's dream. All the appliances are great. There's lots of counter space to work on and it's nice and bright. We cooked every night and we used the available spices. This is a wonderful property.
We spent a wonderful week at the property celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and couldn't have imagined a better place to stay! The home is even better than pictured - clean, comfortable and quietly secluded, yet accessible and convenient to anything that you may need.
The open layout downstairs and deck overlooking the Bay is just perfect for large groups. We found the property exceptionally and tastefully appointed with everything that you need for your visit. We especially appreciated the additional room (and pack n play) off of the primary bedroom for our 2 year old son to sleep in. You enjoy stunning water views from nearly every room in the home and the extra bunk house was both stylish and comfortable.
We particularly enjoyed being able to take the paddleboard and kayak out in the Bay and spending the afternoon lounging in the hammock. Depending on the tide you can walk along the beach from the staircase and explore all the wildlife hidden along the picturesque marshy shoreline.
Our host was extremely responsive and communicative both leading up to and during our stay. We absolutely look forward to returning in the future. If you are considering booking this home you cannot go wrong!
Loved this home. Perfect location to feel tucked away by the bay, surrounded by trees, yet close enough to shops/restaurants when needing to get groceries or eat-out. Also, a great base location for driving to other parts of Cape Cod. Very spacious with plenty of rooms/beds and bathrooms for a large family. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and walking down to the beach. Unbelievably gorgeous views out every window, especially at sunset. Host responded quickly when questions asked. Check-in/check-out super simple and laid back.
We had a wonderful stay at Waquoit Village!
The house is gorgeous, spacious and perfect for entertaining.
The views are spectacular with lots of windows, especially water facing. Outdoor amenities including the fire pit and hot tub were most welcome after our chilly ocean swims.
Some questions and requests before and during my stay were promptly answered to my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend this rental to others!
My family and I spent a relaxing couple of weeks in this wonderful house with magnificent views. We enjoyed all the area has to offer and our host, Aaron, made sure we were always comfortable. We look forward to returning.
