East End Paradise Villas 4Bd3.5B-Private Beach-On the Water-w/ Sea Level Studio
10/10 Excellent
"Chris was an excellent host – the house was in great condition but for some minor maintenance issues that he quickly addressed. It is located in the quieter East End, and the beach at the house is lovely. We had a wonderful time with our family of eight."
Lone Palm: Oceanfront Pool, 2 Free Kayaks, & Wide Beachfront.
10/10 Excellent
"First time staying in the Grand Caymans and so glad we chose to stay at Lone Palm instead of a hotel. It was like we were on a private island. It was so nice to wake up and walk out to the beach and not have to fight for space. All of us loved the hammocks, the fresh coconuts, watching the chickens chasing each other, birds trying to catch fish, and all the baby lizards. Loved eating at Eagle Rays, La Casita, Lloyds Smokehouse, and Subway (restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed). Loved kayaking, snorkeling, Crystal Caves (ask for Chris Jr/Patrick for your tour guides, they will make you laugh) and the best was swimming with the turtles and going to Starfish Point. There is just not enough time to do everything you want but that’s okay because it means we have to come back and make some more memories. I do wish that part of the porch was screened in, because as soon as it starts to get dark you were ate alive!! Bug spray was not cutting it, it would have been nice to sit outside, to do some stargazing while listening to the waves roll in.Also, to pay it forward to the island, the day before we left each person was given a trash bag to help clean up the shoreline. Hopefully this message will encourage future guests to do this and creating a little tradition for Lone Palm."
Bella Vista - Luxurious oceanfront villa with ocean views - by Cayman Villas
10/10 Excellent
"Terrific trip for our family of nine. Excellent location to access Seven Mile Beach and North End (Starfish/Rum Point). Bella Vista is a phenomenal property. I’ve built two homes for myself and wouldn’t design this property any differently. The Caribbean can be seen from practically every location in the home. When on the deck (125 feet by 50 feet) there is alway shade, breeze/no breeze, or sun depending upon your preference. I’ve never slept in a bed on vacation that I missed after returning home- but I miss Bella Vista’s! I’ve stayed in many nice properties, but this one is by far the best. The view and ambiance is unmatched- the pictures, which are fantastic, do not do it justice. Amenities are great. Can’t recommend this property enough."
Castle Guesthouse: Cozy Guest Cottage w/ Private Pool and Deck with Ocean Views!
10/10 Excellent
"We loved the property, clean and the quiet side of the island. Police station right next door. Wonderful fish restaurant close by, close to blowhole. Kayaks and scuba gear were great."
Cayman Paradise Villa #1 - 4 Bedroom Oceanfront in East End
4/10 Poor
"4th trip to GC, 2nd time staying at Paradise Villas (previously stayed across the road). Location is gorgeous and the villa is very large. Comfy beds, lots of sheets and towels, and reasonable cleaning at check-out. Contacted the property manager our 2nd day to ask about the kayak from the listing in April 2025, asked for ant traps, and to fix a broken toilet seat. They fixed the seat and brought traps, but said there hadn’t been a kayak since 2023. The AC for the bedrooms had made a terrible sound the first night, so we’d turned it off to let it rest while out for the day. That night, the AC completely broke so we texted the next morning to ask a technician to be sent. After 10 years of staying in VRBOs, we’ve never been treated so rudely! She yelled at us for an hour via text before finally sending a tech - who confirmed the blower was broken and needed a repair. We had no communication from or to the manager for the rest of the trip. Later in the week, there was a massive hatch of flying insects in the windows facing the ocean. We vacuumed and used the Raid under the sink and took care of it because that’s another seasonal thing and not their fault. But I assume other guests who didn’t tell them about problems until the review likely did so after being treated so rudely. We would not stay with this property manager again."
