"Horrible place to stay"

"The staff was very welcoming. A big plus was the ability to walk 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The property can definitely use an upgrade though. Its very out dated. The water slide is seasonal. So you may need to call there before booking if you want to use the waterslide. The powdered eggs for breakfast was not good at all. "

"The room was in rough shape. The main door required the keycard to be used multiple times before opening and needed to be body slammed. The floors were sticky and grimy and had evident dog prints. The bathroom lacked a drain for the tub and the tub sounded like it breaking if you moved. There has no hot water. The bathroom door had chucks torn out by a dog, paint chips everywhere! There was no wifi.... tried every variation nothing worked. At least the sheets were clean and there was some breakfast (extremely minimal)."

"Please note that the refrigerator was turned off and lost my food that we put in it. Coffee machine also not plugin in order to use it had to move it"

"Bad experience. At check in front desk clerk was acting extremely rude. Room had a dirty feeling to it. Definitely not what we expected for the higher price they charge compared to other hotels around it that we have stayed at before. We left the next day without the breakfast so cant comment on that. Will not be returning we have had much better experiences at less priced stays near the Sundland Park race track area. They need immediate improvements for what they are charging."
