"Shower head was covered with buildup and did not spray well. Boxes and debris strewn along perimeter walls were unsightly. Staff was great though."

"The hotel and the staff were amazing!! The only bad thing about this hotel was the price of the food. I refuse to pay $17 for a side salad and $30 for French toast and water…totally ridiculous. Thank goodness there are a lot better and cheaper choices within walking distance."

"Room clean, helpful front desk. Had a nice pool area. Lobby and property slightly dated. Wasn't the Best Western I was trying to get. I wanted the one at the airport! It's not safe to walk to the airport from this one and the taxi, etc will charge you $20 for one mile. Beware"

"We couldn’t take a shower at all because the bathtub gets clogged up very fast, the toilet underneath the water starts to come out, the bed sheets are dirty, the WiFi never worked in my room at all, the key card never worked to open the door we had to go to the office every time for a customer service agent to open the door for us, and people playing very loud music near our room. Very bad experience that we went through please refund our money back! It was very upsetting situation."
