"The front desk was very friendly & that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was hair everywhere! The “clean” towels had hair all over them as if they used those same towels to wipe the sink area. The shower curtain was disgusting. "

"I was lucky to get an upgraded room through hotels.com and enjoyed a larger room; the bathroom was huge with a separate soaking tub and shower. It was great to pop downstairs and grab a beer at the bar; friendly staff at the bar and front desk. I spent some time by the pool; it would have been nice if there were more sunny spots; it was really shaded compared to what the pictures showed online. Thankfully it was not a busy day when I was at the pool. It was the perfect location close to Fort Bliss to visit my son. I did not hear many airplanes being so close to the airport. "

"We have been on this property for a while now. They have an excellent staff. I think they're doing the most with the least. The hotel does need a lot of work and a lot of areas. I don't think they have enough people to cover those areas. There are no vending machines so you do not have that service or amenity. There's a lot of structural issues. But the staff has been excellent and accommodating."
