Summer Festival, East Dorset Vermont, Cape Style 4-season Vacation Home,

  • Our house is beautifully situated on 3 acres, top of a hill in a clearing. Large covered porch faces east across a meadow towards the Green Mountain National Forest and the notch carved by the Mad Tom Brook. The other side of the house has peaceful views into the forest and beautiful rock outcroppings. The property has been in the family since the 1940's, however this house is new, built in 2011 with modern comforts. The house has four bedrooms, and 2 full baths.

    Located one mile from Summer Festival equestrian event.
