"We loved our stay! We have a student at the local college and the location was perfect to walk to his campus and to downtown Golden. It was comfortable, and plenty big enough for my wife and, my high schooler, and even my college student to spend the night (one slept on the pull-out couch). And Dean (the owner) was super helpful in offering advice on things to do and just generally being responsive to any questions we had. Will absolutely be staying here again."

"This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. "

"This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is."
