"I really enjoyed my stay and will probably be back with my family. The room was great, pool and hot tub clean and the surroundings beautiful. A couple of things lost the star. First check in, while everything was ok the person who checked me in really looked like she didn't want to be there. I have that personality also which is why I'm not in hospitality. The room and facilities were great. A hiccup for me was I was with a group of friends that all had signs in their rooms that upon checkout the dishes needed to be washed, garbage taken out... and if we didn't might forfeit some money. We are in a hotel so this was rude to begin with. Since I didn't even have a sign in my room I might have lost money (I never saw the sign so don't know exact verbiage) There was a major power cut all day Saturday. Not going to lose points for that but it did cause some issues with key cards and the facilities"
