Dog-friendly, bayfront home - gorgeous ocean views, private balcony & fireplace

  • Enjoy elevated water views of the open ocean, Linekin Bay, and two lighthouses from this classic Ocean Point cottage. The ocean views cannot be beat as you enjoy them straight from the large, open living area. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you warm on those cooler nights, and you'll still be able to hear the sound of the crashing waves while you play board games or read one of the provided books.

    There is also a full kitchen for easy meal preparation, a furnished patio with a gas grill, and plenty of space for dining and relaxing indoors and outdoors. Located right on the water, you may never want to leave this home's gorgeous vistas, but if you venture out, you'll find the Ocean Point Preserve just a half-mile away. The town center is less than four miles away, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Loved the fact I could hear waves crushing against the rocks. There was ample space for our Family reunion. The neighborhood very quiet and private. Enjoyable stay had by all. !!

What a nice home to use for vacation . It has everything you need and sits on a perch with a million dollar view . If you want an authentic Maine cottage feel then look no further . We will visit again .

Spruce Ledge was perfect!

I stayed at Spruce Ledge with 3 other women for two nights. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There were high end toiletries, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a gorgeous view and close by restaurants. We also enjoyed a harbor cruise and the botanical gardens in Boothbay!

Ocean Point is very special. We have visited often over the years. This home accommodated the 7 of us well.-3 couples and 1 toddler. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Like having 2 king size beds and great reading lights. Beautiful water view. Main room could use new furniture-a minor issue.

This house was older and had not been remodeled in the main areas of the house. But the bathrooms had been updated and it was just a homey little house. Every window you could see the ocean. Was walking distance from a great restaurant too. Would love to stay there again.

Views, dog friendly, comfortable beds, everything we needed and more! Spent 4 nights with our 2 daughters and their guys along with our grand pup. Great deck to hang out on with ocean views. Walked to the beach (1 mile) and found sea glass and heart shaped rocks. Town is close 6 miles. Booth Bay Lobster Wharf and Booth Bay brewery were a favorite. The aquarium is small but we loved that! Little self serve coffee shop up the road you have to visit. From the first arrival and hugs to the goodbyes, we enjoyed this place so much. Vacasa and the owners we're very attentive we never felt alone. The welcome basket was wonderful too! Only disappointment was no shoreline to walk on. It's huge cliff rocks. Great place though!

Love Ocean Point

My wife and I have been traveling to the region for many years and we particularly love the Ocean Point area. The location of this property is excellent - the views are great and a walk from the house to Grime's Cove couldn't be more beautiful. The house was very clean and had every possible amenity I could think of, plus a lovely welcome gift left for us by the owner - thank you!
