The hotel room was unsatisfactory Trash was left in the room and on the floor. The carpet smelled and the pillows weren’t very comfortable

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi
My stay was wonderful. The royal tower suite was perfect on the 12th floor. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to go back. 9.8 out of 10. N only thing missing in the room was a microwave.
