"From the moment you arrive, you realize that the photos they use have nothing to do with the place. There's water dripping from the balconies, it's dirty and smells bad, the room didn't have a curtain, the light made it impossible to sleep, and there was a condom under the bed, which clearly indicates that they don't clean properly. Also, the bathroom door was broken and jammed when you closed it. It was an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone; a terrible place."

"Enjoyed the pool area, and the warm pool water as it was quite cold while in Florida. I would not families walking on the street there, but fine area to stay if you're hanging out in the fenced yard and pool area. Close enough to the beaches to be there in 15 minutes, and great pricing for 4 bedroom. "

"We had a gulf-front room, so the view of the beach & ocean was great. Noise from the street and other events could be a bit however, the patio doors/windows were pretty solid so not a lot of noise got inside the room. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Nice location. Pricey, for one, i don't care for automatically charging gratuity on various services, i like to tip according to my preferences but i kinda get it that some people don't tip at all (blasphemy!), so they need to somehow account for that i suppose."
