"Staff were extremely nice and helpful with trying to accommodate but the hotel itself was not the best. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though the rooms are “non smoking”. Once you walk in there were towels on the floor from what seemed like a leak. One of our rooms had no working A/C and another had an awful smell of cigarettes and an indescribable smell that we could not tolerate. The front desk helped us out by switching out that room to another which the A/C made a weird noise but it was way better than the funky room. Would not return!"
