"I did a quick staycation and even though my stay was short the staff was amazing!"

"The room was clean, though the property isn't brand new - but it seemed well-maintained. Breakfast was fine, and better than the average offering. Bathroom fixture needed adjustment, but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently (shower head is over 6' above tub). One issue that made us unhappy: EV charging appeared to be available on the property, but chargers and all cables were thoroughly broken and unusable."

"Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites"

"Hotels.com assured me that pets would be welcome without charge, but when I checked into the hotelI was charged $26 for one night for our well-mannered, smallish dog. "Pet and switch," had I known and factored in the cost of competitors, I might not have chosen Extended Stay, which was otherwise alright."
