"We stayed during a convention so it was busy. Main elevator was being repaired so only one worked. Other elevator on the other side of the building and it seemed like it definitely needed to be next on repairs. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was so short when we used the shower there was water everywhere and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash were very masculine scented. Maybe something more neutral please. Used Lyft to go to some of the outer parts of Nashville and it was a 15/25 min ride. Definitely convenient when staying for a convention or needing to be near the airport. Had to pay for parking, which wasn’t cheap and unless you are a loyalty member, pay for internet."

"We stayed at the hotel last minute as a result of a flight cancelation. The airport shuttle driver was very pleasant picking us up rather late in the evening and promptly returning us to the airport the following morning. The front desk staff was congenial and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable during our short stay. Breakfast hit the spot. Nice facility."

"A great hotel in a great city. Housekeeping was a bit lacking (late in the day, didn’t always replace cups, etc, nor top up tea and coffee). The Commons Club was good for drink and food. Happy hour should be 5-7 p.m. Monday-Fri (great $1 oysters) but the Friday we were there the happy hour was cancelled with no notice due to an event being held."
