"The property looks nice and the room was clean. However, from the moment you walk you will notice the bad smell. The room spelled like someone had been smoking in there non stop for the past year. I honestly did not leave because it was too late at night, I was way to tired and I was leaving a few hours later anyway. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have an issue with cigarettes smell"

"when i saw that this place was a bread and breakfast, my wary antennas shot up, but our stay in cherry valley manor was absolutely royal! we stayed in the royal treatment room, and it truly was royal! it had a vintage style and vibe, but all the furniture were brand new condition so it felt like we were in a palace. we hope to come back and try out the tiffany room next occasion! the atmosphere was calm peaceful warm and inviting! it was perfect for a nice getaway with my husband. it was clean and well kept, it felt like we were the first ones staying in our suite! the bathroom was truly royal, no words can describe. we didn't hear any noise from other rooms, probably due to the fact that there are no kids. it came with good quality amenities. the bathrobe was so cozy. the manor is for couples only, we only realized this after we booked, but they were very flexible and let us bring our 1 year old baby. we really got our moneys worth! it is located near the Delaware water gap, and there is a small cute farm/zoo in the area, they also have lost river caverns which was nice. we went hiking in hickory run state park on the shadows of death trail. it was an easy trail with stunning waterfalls! "

"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "
