"Great area, plenty of safe, free parking, exceedingly clean rooms, friendly staff. We normally don't eat breakfast but we did this time and it was very good. We will stay again!"

"The price was right and the bed was comfortable, but there were a number of things that did not work. For example, the remote control for the television, the hairdryer and the telephone. Also housekeeping was somewhat lacking, and when I arrived, I saw that there were some leftovers still in the refrigerator from the prior guests."

"The Woodstock Cottage is a wonderful home away from home. My family enjoyed our stay at this well appointed property. The decor was pleasing and calming. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to prepare meals. It was nice to have laundry facilities too. The location is very convenient to downtown Woodstock as well as other locations in and around Woodstock. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Great property! Lots of space to spread out and beds were super comfortable. Amenities like condiments, coffee, and games were appreciated. There were tons of blankets and pillows and the shower was good. There is a very steep driveway but it levels at the top by the house. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. "The house is very impressive & for our purposes it worked as we had a family function & needed to sleep a lot of people. It was my dad’s 88th birthday so we had a dinner for 25 people. The main level is very spacious with double islands in the kitchen & two separate living rooms with huge TV’s. I sent the list below to the host as frequent renters to which he was not positively responsive. *Backyard a mess *Pool & hot tub green & unsightly should be covered or clean * Had to purchase paper towels *No Bath mats *Not enough silverware for 12 people *Coffee maker unclean & falling apart *Back glass doors dirty *Dishwasher should be emptied *No Wine glasses or wine key *No Instruction book with WiFi & close out information *limited cleaning products Despite these things we had a good time & enjoyed the house. Peter was responsive while we were staying. My biggest issue was the backyard. It is winter so cover the pool & hot tub! "
