Disappointed that the VIP upgrade received was a suite with a bath tub, which we would never use, anyway and we had already booked a suite, so no real upgrade. The staff we came in contact with were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist. Hotel is in a good location to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable.
