Hardwoods throughout! This is a gorgeous, remote, 2-story, log-sided, waterfront bluffed lakehouse on 4 acres overlooking Eagle Rock Lake. We are a pet-free and smoke free getaway on the Missouri/Arkansas border near multiple water and tourist attractions between Roaring River State Park, Eureka Springs, & Branson.

Includes 15 foot movie screen room, kayaks, 14’ shuffle board table, ping pong table, pool table, grill, yard games, wooded acreage, & firepit. Water Not Accessible from Property

Perfect family getaway

The property was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean. Comfy beds, a nice open kitchen, and a huge theater/game room that the kids loved. We also enjoyed playing ping pong & pool in the garage (which must be heated, because it was comfortable). And the views of the lake from the yard were beautiful. Everyone loved it & my husband has already mentioned booking it again. Highly recommend.

Family reunion

Location is absolutely beautiful. Great setting for family photos. Loads of activities and games. Awesome kids bunk room and giant screen TV. We did max out the property occupancy limit, which made the “pass thru” bedroom to bunk room a bit of a privacy issue, but it worked out ok. Over all we’d definitely do it again. Thanks.

This was a beautiful property with a great view of the water! We absolutely loved the fire pit! The kids loved the space, the big screen, the pung pong table and pool table. We loved hanging out in the screen porch.

House faults

It was ver chilly in the house especially the fown stairs bedroom, couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on didn’t see your register in that room. Also, the water pressure was really poor. The kitchen sink was hard to get any real pressure out of same things with the shower only one person could take a shower at a time or else the pressure just dropped real low. Other than that it’s a beautiful house and we had a great time.
