Rustic & inviting waterfront 3 BR, 2 bath home that sleeps 8-10 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin over full bunks). Enjoy open concept living with a vaulted ceiling, gas log fireplace and large windows overlooking the river right off Yellow Birch Lake. Guests can enjoy the Bluetooth enabled hot tub for stays from Memorial weekend through Halloween. Fully equipped kitchen & in-home laundry. Relax on the deck, pier or lakefront gravel patio, cook breakfast or dinner on the Blackstone grill and roast S’mores over an open fire, enjoy fishing and boating, or plan to enjoy area amenities like snowmobile/ATV trails, hiking, biking and more!

Check-out is 10:00am. Please close windows/blinds/drapes, return heat to 60 or AC to 75. Lock all doors & return keys to lockbox.

Take all garbage to exterior bins. Wash all used dishes or fill & run dishwasher. Please strip beds used, collect all used towels and place in a pile by the laundry. If you can start a load, thanks!

Bring in the cushions from outdoor furniture, cover the Blackstone, turn gas tank valve to closed position. Put away any water toys used and ensure hot tub is covered.

Weekend Getaway

Every aspect was what we expected, excellent. The only downside was the Walleye refused to cooperate! What was so interesting was how domesticated the deer are in this area. They would come within 10 ft. to investigate us. Our Golden just watched. Weather also fantastic.

The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kayaks were really nice and the hot tub was clean and a hit for the kids. We rented a boat and docked it at the pier for the week. That chain was great to explore and kids had a blast tubing. Overall, great stay, great hosts, and no complaints!
