"The one thing that lets down this hotel is how long it takes the shuttle bus to pickup guests. The hotel is 5 minutes away, but the bus takes over 30 minutes to pick me up after being called, late at night, where I was the only passenger. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and pickup from the airport is normal to wait 30minutes or longer"

"My stay yesterday was beyond amazing. The check in was fast and smooth. The room, hallway and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked. This is the exact opposite of the Puffin Inn that we stayed in last 2024. Back then, the room and hallway was dirty and the beds was not cleaned when we came in. That time i decided i will not be back. I'm so glad i came back and decided to give it a try despite of my child's hesitation. She was happy to see the big improvement, too. This will be the hotel that we will go to from now on."

"Price was right. Location is close to airport. Shuttle service was on time. However, driver did not help with bags. Room was clean. Air gap under door allowed hallway noise in room. "
