Amazing

The check-in process was quite smooth. We did have to go up to the third floor to get our room keys, but it was not that confusing to navigate. The lady at the desk who served us was very polite and excellent! The air conditioning in the room was amazing especially in Arizona heat. The room was clean, and fully supplied with some nice touches (laundry pods, coffee/tea, nicer than generic brand soaps). Our only complaint was the general area / location. We stayed here to be within walking distance of Chase Field as we had a concert there, thus we didn’t rent a car and figured we would walk around for food. Unfortunately the surrounding area is full of homeless - which is to be expected for a downtown area - but we come from a major city in Canada and found it significantly worse than our downtown back home. It made it uncomfortable to walk far distances as a few times the homeless harassed us. This is not the properties fault at all, but I would recommend getting a rental car if you can to avoid those interactions.

I often require an early check in. Robbie was a joy to deal with and confirmed by phone a few hours before I arrived that everything would be ready. I arrived relaxed. Room was lovely, clean, nice pool view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even offering rides locally within a 4 mile radius to anywhere I needed to go. 5 Star Service.

Didn’t receive a gate code. Had difficulty with it during my stay. Pool area not relaxing. We were sight seeing in the area, but the place is not a place you would want to relax around.
