"Rent with caution. It is a very old home that was attempted to have been updated. There are 3 different heat sources that were poorly regulated, a musty smell through out the home and many containers of Damp Rid randomly placed to help. There were no paths shoveled to the outdoor amenities. A shovel was hard to find because it was between the house and deck under the snow. Beds were very low quality and the king size bed only had ONE center support left. We discovered this after the suspicion that the bed would not hold two adults. The other beds were not properly maintained (screws tightened). There was damage from previous stays that were not noted. There was no ice or water from the new refrigerator (undisclosed) and a low quality sofa with no cushioning. We had to wash the dishes before using because of debris in them. No comforts of home feeling. Emily was kind in our many interaction, but gave the impression she didn't know much about the home or how things worked inside. It felt like they were not prepared for our stay. Would not recommend to family or friends. We enjoyed the time spent outside of the rental the most on our weekend. "
