"Our second room was fresh smelling. Laundry room is neglected. Lights are too dim in ceiling bathroom, no bathroom exhaust. Senior citizens (70+) need a ramp to use for luggage dollys, especially in the rear entrances."

"The elevators smelled horrible. They morning we checked out, one of the maintenance men got on the elevator with a plate of food, smacking in our ears. 3 of the housekeepers were just arriving, reeking of marijuana. We have stayed there MULTIPLE times in the past, in fact, this was ALWAYS our hotel of choice but we may rethink our decision next time. Sorely disappointed. In fact the only good thing I can say is the check in staff was amazing as usual."
