"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

A quiet peaceful spot with chickens and sheep wondering around on the common land outside the enclosed garden. "The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"The hotel was OK but seemed a little tired and had no air con in the bedrooms and as it was a hot day sleep proved difficult. A fan was provided which helped a little. "Room large and well appointed, including a fridge. Comfortable King-size bed. Bathroom was a little small but clean We were staying for two nights and opted for drink vouchers in lieu of having room serviced. Didn't try the restaurant because we dined at a friends' place one night and our daughter had recommended some of the nearby restaurants which were very good. The staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and courteous."
