    "We had an amazing stay at the Palm Court It was our first trip away with our 6month old puppy and the staff were amazing with her Great help to myself and my husband as well especially when the pup was asleep in the room the staff waiting until she was awake to make our room up Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit"

    "We arrived at Thainstone Hotel on Saturday late afternoon . We asked to book our meal for supper as we were going to a show just across from hotel , as the show starts at 7.30 , we needed to book a meal a bit earlier , the receptionist said we can’t serve meals till 7.30 as there is a wedding in process. She said she will ask the chef but he said no . Even a sandwich would b better than nothing , but no . She said she couldn’t even offer a bag of crisps as they hadn’t any of them either..So we..."
