"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "Overall nice place to stay, however, be aware that the location is quite remote and you will need transportation to go anywhere. The staff were lovely and the food was home cooked and excellent. Some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. The drinks menu was very limited. Just beer really. There is no bar. Our room was lovely, but it was very dark inside. We couldn’t actually see much whilst getting ready in the evening. Also, the water pressure was so low that we couldn’t use the beautiful bath that was in our room or have a shower one evening, as there was only a trickle of water coming out. I don’t want to be negative about those things, but they do need rectifying for the price you are paying. The pool was nice."
