- The house, was built in the 1940ish ,everything was got out , we hired a engineer to update the structure of the house, we try to keep the soul of the house outside and inside . we kept the bead board stile on the was , foam insolate the wall and floors , the green roof serve as insolation. you will definitely enjoy staying om this charming cottage lil home. The house have its own parking area ,its own patio area ,bay and ocean view from bedroom and kitchen. the property have its own beach . house are 5 minutes from the center town and all restaurants .
