"Location: On a main avenue, a little far from downtown. Supermarket in front and bus stop 100 m away Service: excellent, English spoken. Courteous. Room comfortable, wifi works well, hot shower. Clean. No breakfast but there is a restaurant on the first floor (hotel is on the 2nd and there's other hotel on the 4th floor) "

"Tasteful room, comfy bed, nice bathtub, good house keeping, great location. The safe didn’t work though. The dinner was very good (lamb chops) but the breakfast rather boring and far from the Serena standard. The hotel lacks the charm and common facilities I’ve seen elsewhere at Serena Hotels."
