"Overpriced! Hard to locate registration desk. Lady at registration was rushed and gave unclear instructions. Had to go outside, around the building, through a blocked off construction zone and carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs - NO elevator/lift. Told same lady at checkout how inconvenient it ..."
