Spark by Hilton Brunswick

Spark by Hilton Brunswick

8/10 Good
"What my wife and I liked most, was the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The Hilton Inn was very clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep during our length of stay. We were impressed by Barb and a couple of other personnel that worked very hard during breakfast hours to supply an endless stock of hot coffee, keep tables and serving areas clean and keep all foods and drink available. I would have given an excellent rating, but didn’t due to the following: 1. The first two days we were in room 117 and every time the person above us walked around, it sounded like an elephant walking. My wife is a light sleeper and it woke her up several times. 2. The straw that broke the camels back to ask to move to another room, was the fact that the water in 117 was lukewarm and never got any hotter. Not only was it lukewarm, but my wife’s lukewarm shower only lasted 7 to 10 minutes before turning cold. When I went to shower immediately after her, my shower was cold and that’s when I visited the front desk & asked Tonya if we could be transferred to a room on the 2nd floor (Rm. 243). Ron, from maintenance tried to fix the issue in Rm. 117, but to no avail. All-in-all, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area. Thank you!"
