Beautiful brand-new countryside house with a private swimming pool, spacious patio, air conditioning, and wood-burning stove, designed for comfort, relaxation, and enjoying the charm of southern Spain.
The property combines space, natural light, and modern rustic style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere ideal for family holidays or trips with friends. The large open-plan living room and kitchen with high ceilings provide the perfect space to share unforgettable moments around the wood stove or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the year.
The house features three spacious double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms to guarantee privacy and comfort for every guest. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the upper floor. There is also an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private patio with swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun, dining outdoors, or simply unwinding in a peaceful natural setting.
The location is ideal: situated just outside Dúrcal in a very quiet area, yet perfectly connected to explore some of Andalusia’s most special destinations. Granada is only 25 minutes away, the Tropical Coast 30 minutes, and Sierra Nevada ski resort 50 minutes away.
A perfect accommodation for those looking to combine relaxation, nature, comfort, and an excellent location.

The swimming pool is available all year round (please ask for opening and closing dates).
Firewood is provided in winter and is not included in the rental price.

La casa Puentelata es un alojamiento 10. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia y para que pases unos días estupendos con la familia. Que cada habitación tenga su aseo es una maravilla, la barbacoa, la piscina, y todos los detalles que puedes encontrar en el alojamiento. Además, Chari, la dueña de la casa, es muy atenta y servicial.
Sin duda, recomendadísimo.
