Het is een mooi en gezellig ingericht huis, met faciliteiten voor jong en oud. Een warme ontvangst in volledige kerststemming. Voldoende keukengerei aanwezig, maar ook kleine werkpunten: de jacuzzi was echt niet proper, badkamer & slaapkamer beneden stinken naar rioolput, maar overal een fijn verblijf in een ruim en gezellig gemaakt huis. Reken ook maar niet op veel terugkrijgen van je waarborg.

Mooi verzorgde woning met 5 slaapkamers. De indeling met openhaard en zitruimte en een afgescheiden eetgedeelte geeft een opgeruimd gevoel. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met voldoende kastruimte. De hot-tube en sauna zijn in de tuin in een aparte ruimte geplaatst.

Das Haus ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer sind top. De Whirlpool auch. Leider war die Sauna ziemlich dreckig (mit Mäusekot auf dem Holz und in allen Rillen und der Geruch war entsprechend). Daher konnten wir diese nicht nutzen, was sehr schade war. Und die Spiel Area ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles etwas krumm und schief und kein gutes Licht. Alles andere war aber wirklich gut.

De ruime indeling maakte het perfect voor onze familie bijeenkomst van tien, We hielden ervan om te ontspannen in de sauna na een dag van verkennen in Durbuy, De kinderen hadden het geweldig in de tuin met de speeltoestellen, en de volwassenen genoten van het barbecuen op het terras in de avonden, De locatie is ideaal voor zowel ontspanning als avontuur, met prachtige wandelpaden in de buurt, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen!

Überhaupt nicht luxuriös. Nur 1 Handtuch und Badetuch für die ganze Woche. Küchenwäsche, 1 Geschirrtuch. Esszimmerstühle kaputt oder durchgelegen. Sofa unten schrecklich. Ich kann nicht einfach sitzen. Außenwände bröckeln. Vollständig beheizter Außengrill. Für ein paar Tage ist das WLAN ausgefallen. Vorhänge mit Stangen fielen von der Wand. Außentüren unbrauchbar 1 ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Wertloser Blick auf die hohe Wand der Tennishalle. Schlecht gepflegtes Haus. Schmutzig; ganzes Haus voller Ungeziefer; Silberfische überall und besonders in 2 Schlafzimmern. Dieses Haus muss gründlich renoviert werden.

Es ist sinnvoll, den Eigentümer im Voraus zu kontaktieren. Das haben wir erst gemacht, als wir vor dem Haus standen und dann eine Weile warten mussten.

Nicht alles war gleich sauber, aber das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ärgerlich war nur, dass wir nicht wussten, dass es Straßenbauarbeiten gab und die Straße gesperrt war. Glücklicherweise war der Standort ganz in der Nähe von Durbuy und somit ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war gut. Trotz einiger Mängel hatten wir dennoch ein schönes Wochenende in den belgischen Ardennen.

Schönes großes Haus mit 5 schönen Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern, so dass jeder, auch unser 3-jähriger Sohn, genügend Platz und Privatsphäre hatte. Die Einrichtungen sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sind im großen Garten/Spielzimmer hervorragend. Auch in puncto Ausstattung ist viel geboten. Es gab nur einige Unklarheiten bezüglich der Mülltrennung, und wir hatten am ersten Abend kein Toiletten-/Spülwasser, das kommt offenbar vom Regenwasser und das Fass war leer .... wurde am nächsten Morgen zum Glück schnell behoben.

Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und geräumig. Es gibt von allem mehr als genug. Aber alles ist dreckig. Wir mussten das Geschirr staubsaugen und in die Spülmaschine stellen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Außerdem bedarf das Haus einer gründlichen Renovierung. Die Aussicht ist weg, weil direkt hinter dem Garten eine Sporthalle platziert wurde.
