This 8-person villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the Durbuy golf course, 8 km from the famous town of Durbuy and 4 km from Barvaux-sur-Ourthe. The elegantly furnished living room has a wood-burning stove, dining table and open-plan kitchen. The large windows and partly covered terrace offer views of the Gulf of Durbuy. The terrace with BBQ has a large picnic table and 4 deckchairs and there is a petanque area in the garden. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with king-size double beds, each with a separate bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. The other 2 bedrooms with king-size double beds share a bathroom with washbasin and shower and a separate WC in the night hall. Bed linen and beds made up included. Pets not allowed.
