The property is in historic center, walkable to shopping areas. The hotel is in a historic building full of charm. The staff provides excellent service. In addition it has a restaurant. The meals are delicious.

Breakfast was fresh and they catered to what you wanted. We asked for toast and that was not on their menu but they obliged . The staff and owner very helpful and personable . We do not speak Spanish so that was a challenge but it was overcome with the translator. The owner Paulina her spoke English and we were happy to end up going on a city tour with her. It made our visit more enjoyable and memorable. I would strongly recommend this quiet spot . Wishing them success in the years ahead .

This is a gem! Newly renovated and gorgeous. Old Mexico feel with modern amenities. The breakfast option is so convenient and delicious. I would always come back to this place, it checks all the boxes. Especially, for a family of 5, the Luxury suite was so accommodating. It felt secure and was walking distance from the centro.

Mi familia es grande por lo que la habitación estuvo perfecta para todos, es un hotel boutique muy bonito, céntrico y la atención fue muy buena y muy amables, ahí venden almuerzos bastante bien servidos y económicos, con muy buen sabor. Si regreso a Durango sin duda volvería a quedarme ahí. No tiene estacionamiento pero hay uno enfrente, el mismo hotel cubre el costo del estacionamiento por toda la noche, ya uno solo paga la diferencia que en mi caso fue de $50 lo cual se me hizo muy bien.
La recepción es muy linda
Tienen un librero para que tomes un libro y ahí lo dejes después.
La decoración y ambiente es súper linda
El almuerzo delicioso y bastante bien servido.

El personal muy atento . Esta ubicado en el centro y a las plazas principales. Es un lugar muy cómodo. El desayuno delicioso y con varias opciones. Te regalan un te de yerbaniz muy rico. Es un hotel en una casa de 1800. Solo hay 9 habitaciones. Totalmente recomendable.

Es un hotel realmente hermoso, la comida es riquísima, solo recomendaría más iluminación en la habitación o algún biombo para la privacidad para abrir las puertas y usar mejor los espacios porque el clóset / organizador usa mucho espacio. Gracias!!

Hotel casona los pavorreales es maravilloso. Paulina nos hizo sentir muy en casa . El cuarto estuvo amplio y moderno con un toque de la época colonial . Paulina nos otorgó un check out tardío y estamos muy agradecidos con ella y el personal del hotel . Todos eran muy atentos , y nos ayudaron cuando mija se puso mala .
