El espacio es un estilo industrial muy moderno. El espacio es amplio y cómodo. La cocina, sala y comedor están conectados en un solo espacio grande. Hay un baño completo para las áreas comunes y una de las recamaras.
Hay dos recamaras una con su propio baño completo.
Tiene acceso a todo el departamento y sus amenidades que incluye el estacionamiento y la terraza con asadores.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, está cerca de la central de autobuses. está a 2 minutos en coche de paseo Durango a 7 min manejando del centro histórico y acceso fácil a las vías rápidas de la ciudad para moverse donde guste. Está muy cerca de varias plazas comerciales con restaurantes, bares y otros negocios para disfrutar.
Es muy fácil moverse por uber didi o taxi, como contamos con cochera cerrada y amplia esta perfecto por si llevas auto.
