Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the KP Hole Park boat ramps. Our Community Center offers life size games so you can challenge yourself or friends. Grill your catch on the outdoor grills or roast S'more's by the fire! Take a leisurely walk to the dog area or an afternoon siesta in the hammocks. Bungalow B is our most modern Unit offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large sofa. The master suite offers a king size bed and three piece bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a bathtub/shower combo in the second bathroom.



There are 22 bungalows in this vacation rental community. All bungalows are private individual units. All guests on property have access to the shared community center, fire pits and hammocks.



Guest can use the entire bungalow for themselves and access all community areas on property. This is a vacation rental community, you may encounter other guests, maintenance and lawn care workers during your stay.



The Bungalows are located in a quiet river side neighborhood. The property is a beautifully landscaped almost 5 acres of natural Florida Pine Trees.



Please note this is not a river front property, but we provide guests FREE access to the Rainbow River via the KP Hole Park boat ramps at anytime during their stay. Free access to the Rainbow River is a unique amenity, especially in the summer time with the paid parks reach capacity.
