"The hotel was very run down. The room reeked of cigarette smoke(even though it was a nonsmoking room) and was incredibly musty. The bathroom was not cleaned, there was hair everywhere and the the toilet was not flushed when I checked in. The pillows on the bed looked like they hadn't been washed ..."
