Ahmic Lake Resort

8/10 Good

"Biting ( host ) was one of the best people in the resort / hotel service industry we've experienced in a while . The wait staff was excellent too"

4 season Family Friendly Beach Cottage in the Bay

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It suited our needs perfectly while visiting family in the area. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we appreciated having a nice space to come back to after spending time with family. Overall, a pleasant experience!"

Waterfront cottage with games room on Lake Cecebe

10/10 Excellent

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for everyone. If you love to cook, you will appreciate how well-stocked the property is. The kitchen equipment is fully equipped for full-fledged cooking, making it easy to prepare meals without missing a single utensil. There was never a dull moment here. Inside, the property features lots of activities and games in-house to keep everyone entertained. Step outside, and there is a lot of activities outside to enjoy as well, completely surrounded by nature. The absolute highlight of our trip was the stunning position on the water. The property offers a lovely view from the waterfront, and it is the best place to spend time for a peaceful sunrise and sunset. At night, the experience gets even better. We loved winding down with a bonfire during the night under the stars. Because there is no light pollution, even without the bonfire you can see the stars clearly. If you get lucky, you might even see the aurora lights during your stay!A huge thank you to our host, Amy, for all her support and quick responses to any questions. Her wonderful hospitality made our getaway completely stress-free. We had a fantastic, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back!"

Secluded off-grid 3-bedroom cabin on a quiet lake

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful cabin and property. Glass door wood stove kept the entire place warm and was romantic. Excellent fishing and swimming spot. Loads of privacy. I recommend renting the boat in cooler weather but paddling in would not be hard in good weather. Large screen porch and screen room at water were great. Lots of firewood to be found. Plan for an off grid experience with the comfort of a gorgeous cabin. The hosts were some of the nicest people I have ever talked to and were very accommodating. I recommend speaking to them directly. Loved this place!"

The best view on the Magnetawan River! Rustic cottage with all amenities!

8/10 Good

"Great location, right on the river. Our dog enjoyed playing in the water, very quiet. Neighbours are close by; the hill down to the dock is quite steep. Very clean, with lots of walking trail near by."

Bagz Place : Your private sanctuary to unplug, reset, and connect with nature.

10/10 Excellent

"Bagz place was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for our family vacation. Thanks to Sam the host/owner. Sam was very responsive when I reached out before and during our stay. He even called the area bait shops to help me find minnows! The house is in a remote, very quiet area. The drive to Bagz place is beautiful and takes you across Maple Island on the way. The area lakes and rivers offer a wide variety of fish from rainbow trout (caught my first on this trip) to Pike. If your looking for a place to get away from it all, Bagz is your place!"

Cozy Nordic Hygge Stay in Parry Sound

8/10 Good

"The expedia app is unable to resize the rating page so the text was too large i was only able to see 4 stars / i couldnt tab on the 5th star. Overall good stay. We appreciate having the kitchen however the last guests left the dishes a bit greasy despite looking clean. We didn’t bring dishwasher tablets so did some dishwashing before we could start cooking. It would make everyone’s time easier if the host can leave some dishwasher detergent in the house. Other guests would also be more willing to wash the dishes cleaner with the dishwasher."
