Fischer's Berghof, 2 houses + pool, great mountain view, good for relax or work

"Fischer's Berghof" are two simple Houses, with big Balcony around, cute Swimmingpool in a big flowering garden of about 3 thousand sqm and beautiful surroundings.

Included in the monthly rent is a Motorbike (automatic gear scooter), Generator, Water tank and a Washing machine as well.

Fischer's Berghof is a silent place, good for 2 adult people and 1 infant or child. Fresh airflow is always on that small hill. This place is good just for relaxing or to work online, for digital nomads or to write a book.

Good 3G signal for Globe Internet connection, but you need a Globe SIM and a Globe Promo. I recommend Gosurf50 (1 GB for 3 days for 50 pesos/0,9 EUR)

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gasul stoven, a big workspace table, tools, pots and lots of dishes. The bathroom has a CR-bowl, laveratory and a shower. On demand you can use the rightup freezer and the chest freezer as well. Electric bill is about 8...20 EUR a month and needs to be paid by you, additional to the rent of the house.

The bedroom is double roofed, its more cool inside than outside in the hot season. It's equipped with a big double size airbed, a small computer table, a built-in cabinet and another simple airbed for a 3rd person or child. Towels, pillowsheets, rugs, bedsheets and blankets are many available in the house.

I have a caretaker for the garden twice a week or more, on demand she can also handle your laundry or clean up the rooms for small amounts.

This place is 1.6 km away from the Siquijor Cirumvential Highway Road, the provincial road is about 100 meters to the land ( google maps is showing a fault!).

It's is around 220 meters over sea level. 25 minutes to drive to San Juan, 20 minutes to Lazi... 10 minutes to the seaside, secret beach...

All is usable except the basement, thats my private storage and the "Submarine" under the kitchen :)

Me, I'm actually in Germany. My caretaker is taking care of the plants 2...3 times a week. If you like she can also handle your loundry or clean the rooms on demand for a small amount. She's also responsible for the keys and the end clearance of the house, before your leave.

Actually no TV available. If long-time rent and demanded, I can let install one... :)
