House is uniquely situated for immediate access of a variety of outdoor activities including mountain biking, skiing (nordic and alpine) hiking, birding, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and boating
Located adjacent to the St Louis river and directly across from the Mission Creek mountain bike park and the western terminus of the Duluth Traverse mountain bike trailhead which also has a wonderful playground for kids. Also located within 1 mile from Mont Du Lac Ski and recreation area and the Trophy Lodge restaurant, 2 miles from Jay Cooke State Park, 1 mile from Superior Hiking Trail access, 6 miles to Spirit Mountain Ski Area and 14 miles from downtown Duluth, Canal Park and Park Point beach.
