This charming residence features a generously sized family room, designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for moments spent with family and friends. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is equipped to comfortably serve large gatherings, with seating available for up to 16 individuals. 12 guests can sit around the large dining room table, perfectly positioned next to a cozy fireplace that adds warmth and charm to your dining experience. Amazing House in an Amazing location

Newer and very clean and well taken care of house at the foot of Spirit Mountain. Great trails. Easily accessible to town. Great for family with games to play as a family.

Just Wow

This house was beautiful and the hosts supplied everything! From soap, shampoo, olive oil, coffee, laundry soap, bathrobes, toiletries you might have forgot, etc. Just a spectacular place. Next to ski resort and walking trail. 15 minutes from Duluth.

Fall in Duluth & North Shore

Home is very new and very clean. Comfortable furniture in every room. Beautiful view of St. Louis River. Sauna was a plus along with comfy robes. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Upper deck and lower patio both great. Easy drive to downtown Duluth/ Canal Park and the north shore of Lake Superior!

Clean and Comfortable

Super cute place! Well equipped kitchen, clean, and comfortable. Only shortcomings were the lack of window blinds (gets super bright in the bedrooms with east facing windows in the morning) and wifi. We had challenges using the smart tv's due to excessive buffering. Otherwise, a great place for a family getaway!

Great vacation!

We loved staying at this new and very modern house. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in Duluth. Unfortunately, the local ski resort closed early, but the house had great views of Lake Superior and the Spirit Mountain ski area. We had enough room to entertain our local family and relax during the trip. We loved the sauna! It is a great addition in cold wintery Duluth weather. We look forward to future trips at this house or in this neighborhood!

Great place in Duluth!

The property was wonderful and had the most thoughtful little touches from toothbrushes to feminine products, make up remover. Very thoughtfully done. We brought our dog who is blind and stayed only on ground floor where he was able to be let outside and it worked wonderfully. We brought a big dog bed for him and he did great learning the layout of the lower floor

Very nice and clean home. Accommodated our family and dog extremely well. Walking paths were great. We loved having the big table so we could all gather around. The sauna was a great addition. Great hosts, who were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful place for our group of 7 adults. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, places to park, places to sit around the table, etc. Comfy beds, cute amenities in the house, enough items in the kitchen to cook a big meal, and a great location... everything you would need in a rental. The management company was super friendly and communicative as well!

Great property, very clean, kitchen and laundry room etc very well stocked.The hosts were excellent at communicating.The location was perfect for our group. Some were day hiking sections of the superior Hiking trail, some birding, and little kids happy! Great weather and no bugs!We loved it.

Good location, good space, good access to Duluth

Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!
