We loved our stay at Pier B! Our one complaint was that the outdoor hot tub was not nearly hot enough. It felts like more of a warm bath, which would be ok in the summer but not in the cold winter! We could only last about ten minutes before the water felt too cold. Wish we could have turned up the temperature!

This was a beautiful property with amazing views and nice restaurant. It is set off from the main part of shopping which makes it nice and quiet but it is also convenient to shopping, a 2-3 minute drive or a nice walk when the weather is nice.

We come here once a year for a little ‘staycation’ and we have never been disappointed!!! The outdoor hot tub is the highlight of our stay, but the food at Silo’s restaurant is a close second! Looking forward to out stay next year!

We enjoyed our patio room & outdoor hot tub. We wish it was open a little later for adults only. Especially if you are doing another event.

Pros: - gorgeous property - harbor view rooms have a beautiful view - property has a high end appeal - Hot tub was busy, so we did not partake, but I love that it's outdoor. - super comfortable beds - very close to Amsoil Arena Cons: - bathroom had a sliding door, with gaps in which you can definitely see into the bathroom. Not a big deal for us, but might be something for others to keep in mind. - toilet paper was equivalent to what you would find at a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere - wall heating unit made an annoying, intermittent high pitched buzzing which kept me awake. This was NOT normal. If it wasn't intermittent, it would have been fine (I think). We couldn't keep the heat off bc it was minus teens with windchill outside. - complained to front desk staff the next day about the noise which kept me up, and was offered breakfast vouchers but we already had plans for brunch with family (which is why we were in town). They said they would talk to a manager about knocking some of the cost of the room, but they didn't knock off a cent. Overall, I cannot believe I paid > $300 for a "high end" room at a "high end" property with a wall heating unit that would be better suited for a Super 8 motel. Very surprised the management didn't take some of the cost of the room off, as I was completely exhausted the next day bc typically I sleep like a champ, at home and pretty much anywhere. Do better, Pier B Resort!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the shuttle was quick to respond. The 1 thing I would not recommend is the restaurant. They got my order wrong 3 times. I finally got frustrated and walked down there and showed them what they kept getting wrong. They said they would fix it and when I checked it, it was still wrong. The hotel I would definitely recommend but the restaurant, not so much.
