*Privacy Assured*
Our home includes a private owner’s suite on the lower level with its own separate entrance and attached garage. Guests have no access to the lower level, owner’s suite, owner’s patio, or garage. There is zero cross-traffic or shared living space. The owner may occasionally use their private suite, but we are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you feel completely at home.

*Guest Count Pricing & Flexible Adjustments*
Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. This “value-added service” ensures you’re charged only for the actual number of guests, rather than a flat rate for the entire home. We are happy to adjust the rate if your guest count changes after booking — just let us know. We strive to be flexible and accommodating.

• A signed Rental Agreement and a government-issued photo ID are required to access our property via a trusted third-party process. By completing this reservation, you accept these conditions, and no refund will be issued outside the refund timeline.

• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.

• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.

• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, and the responsible party must be present throughout the reservation unless otherwise negotiated.

• A refundable damage deposit of $195 preauthorization will be placed on your credit card. It will be released 14 days after checkout, unless there are any damages or issues.
