They house was awesome & met our needs perfectly. It had all the necessities in the kitchen & bathrooms and was beautifully furnished.Check in and check out were easy. The off street parking was nice.

Great location, plenty of room

We would definitely stay here again! Very clean, close to Duluth trails and college campuses. We were able to grill out and had plenty of space for our 7-person group to spread out. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend any amount of time with a larger group in Duluth!

pleasant stay

House was great for party of 3 or 4. Looks like good outdoor space for larger groups in warmer weather. would not be so great for larger numbers (5+) that planned to be in the house together for meals or games. Would be fine for larger groups to stay in if they planned to eat outdoors or scattered around the house or be away from house for meals. Dining table ( for 4) was a high top which I personally don’t like.

The house worked great for our family! Perfect location- close to UMD. We went to a football game and went on the scenic dinner train ride. We also walked over to Chester park and hiked the trails. The house was fully equipped with all that we needed for our weekend stay. Highly recommend!
