Mesaba Lake View - Unit 3 is your picturesque getaway in Duluth, Minnesota. While it may look like a typical redstone townhouse, 3 Mesaba Lake View is uniquely special in Duluth's history. This 1880 condo truly looks over the city and lake with the best view in town. While this townhouse looks fairly nondescript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city.
This 3 bedroom condo with picturesque views of Lake Superior is 1600 sqft with 10ft high ceilings. Enjoy the updated kitchen with breakfast bar, a jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom, two king beds and a queen bed, curl up on the large leather sofa or wander out to the patios to take in this one of a kind view. The living area is also furnished with a comfortable and stylish daybed for additional sleeping space. Please note this unit does require stairs to access the unit and the only bathroom.

This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
